Sam Bush will be the 'Acting Band Manger' who will ensure that your decisions are carried forward and that they actually take place.

Sam will be with the band at all times ensuring that the band are at rehearsals and that they attend all media engagements, he will be with them on the road and will be the voice of authority and motivation as he acts as a link between the band and the band mangers as we work together to achieve our goal.

At the age of 21 Sam is no stranger to Band Management or the media. Sam explains further;

"I have been brought up in the music industry from a very early age, due to by father, Mel Bush playing a major role in the industry over the past 40 years. Putting on tours and shows with the likes of Queen, Elton John, The Who, to name a few. He was also the mastermind behind the success of world chart topping Vanessa Mae.

With this back ground, I couldn't wait to get involved in this highly competitive and at the same time demanding industry. Having witnessed some major shows at Wembley Stadium and other fantastic venues across the world, my first direct involvement in the industry was taking part in a 2 weeks work experience at the age of 16 with Polydor Records. I worked in the TV/Radio promotions department. After gaining valuable understanding of what goes on, in terms of promoting/selling the artists to the Media I then worked alongside my Father. I Started off selling merchandise for the Hit touring show 'Boogie Nights', then gradually worked my way up to tour managing a 48 date David Essex tour in just over 56 days. I have experienced many of the processes of managing a band from merchandise to full scale tour management.

Other tours I have managed include Billy Connolly, Bond, and Maxim. During this period I was also fortunate to be selected out of 30,000 applicants to take part in the TV Documentary 'Shipwrecked' 2005/2006. Which involved me spending 5 months stranded on a desert island. This was an extreme challenge, which tested many areas of my character. Learning to deal with so many different characters is such a confined area, extreme weather conditions, and catching your own food. This was a fantastic experience that taught me so much.

I have recently set up my own company, SBO, 'Sam Bush Organisation' a management company, looking after some of this years shipwrecked cast, and also some member of the Hollyoaks cast. I have just put together a 22 date Shipwrecked tour across the country, which means more travelling, which I love doing. I am a highly motivated person, that's thrives on new challenges.

I believe that VIP Band Manager has the potential to be a huge success and I am personally looking for as many people from around the World as possible to help achieve our dream of reaching the Christmas 2007 Number One slot and seeing Simon Cowell weep.
